We fund research in Cardiff uni experimental medicine centre, we also fund a researcher as part of cancer grand challenges programme, we fund a CRUK nurse. We put financial resources into teams working on Public Affairs, fundraising, charity shops and legacies. In total our spend per annum in Wales is around £4m

A support group with a difference. Anyone impacted by cancer is welcome to join a 5k Your Way group.

Walk, jog, run, cheer, volunteer or join for a coffee at your local 5KYW group and connect with other people impacted by cancer. Our groups meet on the last Saturday of every month at over 120 designated parkrun events across the UK and Ireland, including 25 groups in Wales. A FREE 8-week online building foundations programme for 13-30 year olds living with & beyond cancer. We know how hard it is to stay active at the best of times, let alone with a cancer diagnosis thrown into the mix.

Being diagnosed with cancer impacts the mind and the body in so many different ways that those who have not been diagnosed with cancer could never imagine. This is why we designed our online Move Against Cancer programme to provide you with the individual support and guidance you need and deserve. The programme includes: 8 weeks 1:1 online sessions with a Cancer Rehab Instructor; Personalised support and advice on your health status, individual needs & goals; Links to useful resources and access to our MOVE AS ONE Facebook group.
